Shop with confidence with our Easy Returns Policy
It is important to us that you are satisfied with the items you receive. All products – opened or not – can be returned for any reason. Send the items back to us within 30 days and we’ll refund your money. You will receive the full purchase price of your product minus any shipping fees (unless of course, it was our error).
- Frequent returns are subject to an account review. A Restocking fee of 20% applies to accounts with frequent returns.
- If you’re returning items worth more than $200, there will be a restocking fee of 20%
- If you ordered more than 1 of a specific product only 1 of those items may be returned opened. All other items must be in a factory sealed container. For example, ordered three bottles of the same glycerin? You may return one opened, but the other two need to be sealed.
How to make a return?
To initiate a return, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the picture of the product you want to return, order number and the number of items with a reason for return. Package the product well and return the item to below address. Customers are responsible for paying all return shipping cost. Once we receive the package, we’ll refund you via the same method of payment with which you paid.
We handle and process returns on a case-by-case basis with the ultimate objective of making our customers happy. We reserve the right to alter this policy. We’ll always do our best to take care of you, our customer. Our philosophy is to deal with you fairly and reasonably when processing returns.
